These tools move ledger masters, stock items, parties, opening balances and vouchers between Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP and Fatoza, in both directions, and finish with a reconciliation report that names every difference rather than reporting success.
What does not migrate
Customised Tally TDL reports and Odoo custom modules do not come across. Nothing outside those systems can read them. Any vendor who tells you otherwise is going to discover this at your expense, so plan to rebuild those reports.

Is it one-way?
No, both directions. Plenty of businesses want Fatoza next to Tally rather than instead of it, which only works if data flows back.
What if the numbers do not match?
The reconciliation report lists every difference by voucher. That is the deliverable — a migration that reports success without a reconciliation has told you nothing.
