Fatoza Technologies builds software for the part of a business that cannot be skipped: the invoice, the ledger, the payroll run, the tax return. We started in Saudi Arabia because ZATCA Phase 2 made e-invoicing mandatory for everyone, including the shops least able to pay a consultant to explain it.
The first product is a billing and accounting app that works offline, keeps your data in a file you own, and produces a compliant Phase 2 invoice without you needing to know what a CSID is. It runs at app.fatoza.com, on Windows, and on Android.
Around it we are building the rest of what a trading business actually runs on — HR, CRM, purchasing, a document processor that reads a supplier's PDF and turns it into a purchase entry, and migration tools that move data in and out of Tally, Zoho and SAP without a rebuild. Some of it ships today. The product pages say honestly which is which.
The free tools on this site exist for a simpler reason: most of the businesses we talk to are not going to replace their software this quarter, and they still need to make a quotation this afternoon. Those tools work on their own, next to whatever you already use.
