The document processor is the part of the ERP that reads what your suppliers send and turns it into entries you can post — extraction, matching against the purchase order, and a push into whichever system holds your books.
It works in both directions. It can post into Tally, Odoo or SAP as well as into Fatoza, which means you can use it without moving your accounting anywhere.
Status: beta
Extraction and Fatoza posting work today. Tally and Odoo connectors are in testing with real customer data. SAP is behind those. This page will say “available” when it is, not before.
The single-document version is free to try as the document analyzer.
Frequently asked questions
Can it post into my existing accounting system?
That is the point of it. Tally and Odoo connectors are in testing; SAP is behind them. Until a connector ships, the processor exports in the format that system imports.
