Invoicing software for service businesses — bill work, not goods
Agencies, consultants, maintenance contractors and cleaning companies bill time and work rather than stock. Set up as a services business and the till and the stock screens get out of the way.

The screens are the same. The words on them are yours.
A services business has no shelf, no till and no stock take. What it does have is a quote, a job, and an argument about what was agreed — and that is what setup optimises for.
Quote first
Most service work is sold before it is done. Quotations and proformas are first-class documents that turn into an invoice when the work is accepted, so the number the client agreed to is the number that gets billed.
Jobs that carry their own costs
Cost centres are on by default here. Sub-contractor bills, materials bought for a specific job and the hours charged to it all hang off the same centre, so the question is not what the month made but what the job made.
A quieter app
There is no point of sale and no stock transfer screen, because there is nothing to sell over a counter and nothing to move between godowns. The industry pack hides them. If the business later starts selling goods, Settings puts them back.
Costs that arrive as attachments
Sub-contractor invoices come by email and WhatsApp. They go into the document inbox and come back as draft bills with the lines already read, which is the difference between an evening of typing and ten minutes of checking.
Compliance is the same
A service is a supply. ZATCA Phase 2 in Saudi Arabia, GST in India, VAT in the UAE and the wider Gulf — standard tax invoices, stamped and reported, and a return built from them.
What it costs
Free for the first year, compliance included. Paid plans buy support and AI capacity.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the stock screens disappear?
Because a services business has no godown and no till, and every menu entry that cannot ever be used is one more thing to scroll past. The industry pack hides the point of sale and the stock transfer screens; nothing is deleted, and Settings brings them back.
Can I bill the same client against different jobs?
Yes — cost centres are switched on for this trade. A job carries its own income and its own costs, so profitability is per engagement rather than per month.
Do I still get VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. A service invoice is a standard tax invoice, and it is stamped and reported exactly like a goods invoice. Nothing about compliance depends on whether what you sold has a weight.
