Import and export trading software — enquiries, landed cost and shipments
Source against an enquiry, cost the landed price, quote the buyer and ship. Set up as a trading house and Fatoza calls customers buyers and suppliers shippers, and switches on multi-currency and price lists.

What setup switches on
- Trading desk
- Price lists
- Multi-currency
- Stock on hand
- Purchase orders and bills
- Books and banking
- VAT / GST return
Chosen on the first screen, from what the business does. Everything here can be turned off again in Settings — nothing is locked to the trade.
What the app calls things
- CustomerBuyer
- SupplierShipper
- SuppliersShippers
The screens are the same. The words on them are yours.
A trading house sells something it does not own yet, at a price it has to work out before it can quote. Everything else follows from that sequence.
Enquiry, costing, quote
A buyer asks for a price. Sourcing produces a cost, freight and duty produce a landed cost, and a margin produces the quote. The trading desk keeps those together so the quote can be traced back to what it was based on, three months later when someone asks.
Two currencies, one deal
Bought in one currency, sold in another, banked in a third. Multi-currency is switched on for this trade, so a bill in USD stays in USD and the exchange difference lands in the ledger where it can be seen rather than being quietly absorbed.
Buyers and shippers
The app renames itself: customers are buyers, suppliers are shippers. It is a small thing until you are reading a screen at speed, and then it is not.
Exports and their tax treatment
Zero-rated exports in the Gulf, export invoices under GST in India. The treatment sits on the invoice, so the return is built from documents rather than reconstructed at quarter end.
Finding the other side
The free B2B supplier and buyer finder searches verified businesses by trade, city and product across the Gulf and India — useful before there is a deal to record at all.
What it costs
Free for the first year with the compliance included. Paid plans cover support and AI capacity.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle more than one currency on one deal?
Yes. Buying in USD and selling in SAR is the ordinary case for a trading house, so multi-currency is on from setup and the exchange difference posts to the ledger instead of disappearing into the margin.
What about zero-rated exports?
An export is a supply with its own tax treatment, and the invoice carries it. The VAT or GST return is then assembled from the invoices rather than adjusted afterwards.
Can I quote before I have bought?
That is the shape of the trade and the shape of the desk. An enquiry becomes a costing, the costing becomes a quotation, and only an accepted quotation becomes a purchase and a sale.
