What setup switches on

  • Trading desk
  • Price lists per customer
  • Stock on hand and transfers
  • Purchase bills and orders
  • Multi-currency
  • Books and banking
  • VAT / GST return

Chosen on the first screen, from what the business does. Everything here can be turned off again in Settings — nothing is locked to the trade.

Wholesale is retail with the two hardest parts moved to the front: everyone has a different price, and nobody pays today.

Prices that follow the customer

A price list belongs to the buyer, not to the invoice. Pick the account and the rates change — trade, sub-dealer, project, whatever the tiers are called in your line. Nothing on the line has to be typed over, which is what stops a discount being given twice.

Orders before invoices

A bulk order is agreed, then delivered, then billed, and rarely in one motion. Quotations and orders are their own documents that become an invoice when the goods actually go, so a part-delivered order does not turn into an invoice that has to be credited back.

Credit, aged properly

Receivables are held bill by bill. A statement shows what is outstanding and how old it is, and a receipt is matched against specific invoices. That is the difference between chasing a number and chasing a document, and only one of those conversations ends.

Stock in more than one place

Transfers between godowns, stock on hand per location, and reorder levels that account for what is already on the way in. A distributor’s stock question is usually where it is, not how much there is.

The return still builds itself

Every invoice carries its own tax treatment — place of supply in India, zero-rated exports in the Gulf — so the VAT or GST return is assembled from documents rather than reconstructed at the end of the quarter.

What it costs

Free for the first year with ZATCA Phase 2 or GST e-invoicing included. After that you pay for support and AI capacity, not for the compliance.

Frequently asked questions

Can each customer have their own price?

Yes. Price lists belong to the account, and the right price lands on the line the moment the buyer is chosen. The salesman does not have to remember which of four rates this customer is on.

Does it handle credit and ageing?

Receivables are aged bill by bill rather than as a single customer balance, so a payment can be matched against the invoice it was meant for. Overdue is a report, not a memory.

What about sales in another currency?

Multi-currency is switched on for wholesale by default. A bill in USD stays in USD on the customer's statement, and the exchange difference posts to the ledger rather than being absorbed silently.
