The screens are the same. The words on them are yours.
An institute already has a system for teaching. What it usually lacks is a straight answer to who has not paid, and that is a bookkeeping question rather than an education one.
Fees are invoices, honestly
A student is a party, a fee head is a service item, a fee bill is a sales invoice, and fees outstanding is the receivables report. Nothing here is a special case bolted on the side, which is exactly why the books balance and the receipt prints.
The vocabulary changes, the app does not
Customers become students. Items become fee heads. Invoices become fee invoices. Price lists become fee structures. The screens underneath are the ordinary ones, which means everything you learn on one screen is true on all of them.
What the office needs on the student
Admission number, class and section, guardian name and — the one that matters — the guardian’s phone. Those are fields the pack adds to the student record and prints on the fee invoice, rather than a note in a column nobody can search.
Fees outstanding
Who owes what, by student and by age of the bill. That is the receivables report pointed at the right question and given the right name, which is all a report ever needs to be.
A quieter app
No point of sale, no godown transfers. Books and uniforms, where an institute sells them, go through the ordinary sales screen.
What it costs
Free for the first year. Paid plans buy support and AI capacity, not compliance.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a student information system?
No, and deliberately not. A student record is not a financial record. What this does is bill fees and account for them properly — attendance, marks and timetables are a different product and we would rather say so than pretend.
Where do admission number and guardian details live?
On the student, as fields the industry pack adds to the party form. The guardian's phone is one of them, because that is the number a fee reminder actually reaches.
Can fee heads be monthly or per term?
Each fee head records how often it falls due — one time, monthly, per term or annual. That drives reporting; it does not raise invoices by itself, because an institute that bills automatically is an institute that bills the wrong student eventually.
